Trades and repairs
Drywall, flooring, tile, painting, interlock and more, done by the specialists we trust.
Not every job is a renovation. Sometimes you need a floor replaced, a ceiling repaired after a leak, a bathroom retiled or a walkway rebuilt. Over years of building and renovating whole houses we’ve worked alongside a lot of tradespeople, and we keep working with the best of them.
When you call us for a single trade, you get that specialist, scheduled and supervised by us, with one point of contact and one invoice. Electrical, plumbing and gas work is always done by licensed trades, as Ontario requires.
What we take care of
All of it under one contract, managed by a dedicated project team.
Drywall
New board, taping and finishing to a level 4 or level 5 finish, ceiling repairs, texture removal and water-damage patches.
Flooring
Hardwood, engineered wood, luxury vinyl and tile, including subfloor repair, levelling and stair cladding.
Tile
Floors, walls, backsplashes and showers, including large-format porcelain and waterproofed wet areas.
Painting
Interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing and trim, with proper surface preparation.
Interlocking and hardscape
Driveways, walkways, patios and steps on a compacted granular base, graded to drain away from the house.
Framing and structural
Walls, beams, headers and floor systems, built to engineered drawings where required.
Electrical, plumbing and HVAC
Panel upgrades, new circuits, fixture moves, heat pumps and ductwork, by licensed electricians, plumbers and gas technicians.
Insulation
Spray foam, batt and blown insulation for attics, walls and rim joists, often eligible for rebates.
Windows and doors
Replacement windows, entry doors and patio doors, installed and sealed to keep water out.
Siding and roofing
Fibre cement, vinyl and engineered wood siding; shingle and metal roofing; soffit, fascia and eavestroughs.
How your project runs
Five defined stages, from the first site visit to final sign-off.
- 01 / 05
Consultation and site visit
We meet at your home to understand your goals, assess the structure and mechanical systems, and outline what can be achieved within your budget.
- 02 / 05
Design and written quote
Drawings, selections and an itemized quote. Items not yet selected are listed as stated allowances, and every payment in the contract is tied to completed work.
- 03 / 05
Permits and preparation
We manage engineering, permit applications and utility locates, and order long-lead materials early so the schedule never waits on a delivery.
- 04 / 05
Construction
Your project manager coordinates every trade and inspection and sends a written progress update each week. Any change is priced and approved in writing before work proceeds.
- 05 / 05
Handover and warranty
We walk the finished project with you, resolve every deficiency and provide your warranty documents. After you move in, our team remains your point of contact.
Good to know before you start
Licensed where it counts
In Ontario, electrical work must be done by an ESA-licensed electrical contractor and gas work by a TSSA-registered technician. We only use licensed trades for both.
Small jobs, same standard
A patch, a floor or a walkway gets the same supervision and clean-up as a full renovation.
Bundle when you can
If you’re planning several small jobs, doing them in one visit saves on mobilization and gets them finished in the right order.
Common questions
Is there a minimum job size?
We take on smaller jobs when we can schedule them well alongside larger projects. Call or send photos and we’ll confirm whether the work is a good fit and when we can start.
Can you match existing flooring or drywall texture?
Usually. Matching older flooring depends on what’s still manufactured, while drywall textures and paint can almost always be matched so repairs disappear.
Do you repair water damage?
Yes, once the source of the leak is fixed. We open up, dry out, replace and refinish, and we can work directly with your insurance adjuster.
Who does the work?
Specialists from our long-standing network: flooring installers, tile setters, painters, drywall finishers and interlock crews, scheduled and supervised by our team. Electrical, plumbing and gas work is always done by licensed trades.
Is smaller work covered by a warranty?
Yes. Every job, large or small, is covered by our written workmanship warranty.
Can you combine several trades in one visit?
Yes, and it’s usually more efficient. Flooring, paint and trim, for example, can be sequenced back to back under one invoice.
Have a question we didn’t cover? Our team is happy to talk it through.
